BPD officer hit while directing traffic


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)–Buffalo Police say an officer was directing traffic in the area of McKinley Parkway and Midland Street just after 2:30 p.m. when they were hit by another vehicle.

Officials tell News 4 the officer was injured, and has since been treated and released from ECMC.

The officer was directing traffic in connection to another accident when he was struck.
