BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo City Court was evacuated Tuesday due to a possible gas leak, but that wasn’t the cause of the smell, investigators said later in the day.
A drainage pit in the basement of the downtown building may have been the cause, according to city officials.
The building was cleared around 11 a.m., but people were being let back into the building a short time later.
