BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police have made an arrest following a shooting on Geary St.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting on Sunday around 4 a.m. Inside an apartment, the body of Daniel Wolfe, 63, was found with a gunshot wound.
Michael Rattle, a 61-year-old Buffalo resident, was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He has been remanded without bail.
If convicted of the murder charge, Rattle could spend 25 years to life in prison.
