City worker struck by motorist who was texting and driving


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)– Mayor Brown says a member of his Impact Team was cleaning debris under a viaduct Friday when they were struck by a car.

According to the Mayor, the driver was texting and was distracted.

The city worker suffered no broken bones but has a concussion. Brown added the worker doesn’t even remember being struck.
