BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Just before 2 a.m., firefighters responded to a vacant structure on Rawlins Avenue.
There, they say a fire started on the second floor, with damage estimated at $95,000.
It’s not clear what caused the fire, but crews are looking into it.
