BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two people are dead following a possible domestic-related homicide on Monday morning, according to Buffalo Police.

Tuesday evening, police announced that the incident has been ruled a murder-suicide following an autopsy by the Erie County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Police responded to the first block of Zelmer Street, near Doat Street, just after 8:30 a.m. Monday, where the two people were found dead inside their residence.

The two were later identified as Anthony Brown, 61, and his wife Joyce Brown, 54.

According to police, Anthony shot his wife and then shot himself.
