UPDATE: 5:09 p.m. Nov. 16: National Grid has restored power to 90 percent of WNY customers affected by the storm, according to a Monday afternoon update from the company.
Crews are continuing to repair damage to equipment and facilities after high winds brought down trees and created other hazards on Sunday.
The majority of customers who still don’t have service should have their power restored by 11:30 p.m. Some isolated pockets and single-customer outages in the hardest hit areas should be restored into Tuesday.
National Grid will continue to distribute bottled water and dry ice at the below locations through 6 p.m.
(WIVB)–National Grid is offering customers dry ice and bottled water today from noon to 6 p.m.
Officials say personnel will provide info on the proper handling of dry ice.
They are asking customers to bring a small cooler or shopping bag to transport their dry ice home.
There are two locations to pick up dry ice:

- Dunkirk Training Grounds 665 Brigham Rd. Dunkirk, 14048
