BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Detectives with the Buffalo Police Department say a teenager was shot while “playing with a gun” inside an Ellicott Street apartment complex.
Police and fire officials were seen late Thursday night on Ellicott Street between Clinton and Eagle. There, police say the gun discharged, striking the 14-year-old in “in the shoulder area.”
The teen was taken to Oishei Children’s Hospital, where he’s in stable condition, as of Friday morning. Police are still investigating the matter.
