BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)–Lawyers were in court this morning for the pre-trial conference for the man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend inside the McKinley Mall.
Prosecutors say Keith Sparks stabbed Malacia Tipps inside the Sears store at the mall in September.
Sparks faces a maximum of 25 years to life behind bars if convicted.
