Queen City workers celebrate Labor Day at annual parade

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- It was a celebration of labor unions and the accomplishments of workers Monday morning as the Labor Day Parade kicked off in South Buffalo.

This year officials recognized the Wendt workers as the grand marshals of the parade, after their two year fight for their first collective bargaining agreement.

Organizers say the parade brings pride to the Western New York labor movement.
