BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — On Monday morning around 6:30, crews were at the scene of a vehicle fire on Hamilton Street near I-190 southbound.
The scene was next to the Black Rock Canal along the Niagara River. It appears as if the car hit a boat.
