BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — After a year that challenged the Queen City like no other, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown says the state of the city is strong, and getting stronger.

Brown said the city was able to take care of its residents and weather the storm.

He says buffalo has confronted every problem in its way.

Now, the city is ready to build itself back, with a focus on the decades to come.

The mayor also spoke about Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Centennial Park.
