City of Buffalo is reducing in-person services at City Hall due to COVID-19

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The City of Buffalo is taking action to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Buffalo mayor Byron Brown is announcing that in-person services are being reduced at City Hall.

He’s asking residents to call 311 for any needs that aren’t an emergency.

The city is also closing all of its indoor pools and ice rinks until further notice.
