Duff’s Famous Wings looking to expand into the Elmwood Village

Local News

It looks like Duff’s Famous Wings could make its way to the Elmwood Village.

According to Greg Duell of the Duff’s at the Eastern Hills Mall, they’re working with Sinatra Development to open up shop at the old Casa Di Pizza site.

Duell says they were keeping an eye on downtown Buffalo and the Elmwood strip for a while now and while there is no signed lease, they do have a letter of intent.

Sinatra will be submitting plans for a location to the city planning board tomorrow, although the timing of the project is still unclear.

A planning board meeting will be held on April 22nd to consider the plan.

The plans call for the Elmwood location to include a banquet hall, full bar, and a patio.

Duell told News 4 the Duff family still operates the Sheridan Drive location and has a hand in all the locations.
