University at Buffalo students stuck after immigration ban

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Erie County District Attorney’s Office will not file charges in connection with the death of a UB freshman.

Sebastian Serafin-Bazan, 18, was hospitalized in April 2019 with a serious medical condition that was believed to be a result of a suspected hazing incident. He later died in the hospital.
