Current and former members of the U.S. Military can adopt older dogs from the SPCA Serving Erie County for free from October 22 through November 12.

Adoption fees for these dogs are half-off for others during the Vets & Pets program.

The dogs that can be adopted for free or half-off must be at least seven years old.

The animals can be adopted at the SPCA’s facility at 300 Harlem Rd., the West Seneca shelter or an offsite adoption location.
