Amherst Police charge student in terroristic threat made to Sweet Home High School


AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB)–Amherst Police Department’s Special Victims Unit charged a 16-year-old Sweet Home High School with making a terroristic threat on Friday.

Police say the arrest comes after an extensive investigation into a threat reported to high school administration on Monday.

The student was arraigned in Erie County Family Court.
