Attorney says lawsuit by Clarence parents to be re-filed after judge tosses it


CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) — A judge is throwing out a lawsuit by parents in Clarence who wanted their children back in the classroom five days a week.

Attorney Corey Hogan says this happened because of an issue with the paperwork. He says they’re planning to re-file that lawsuit soon.
