Hamburg Highway Supervisor keeps car for three weeks


HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB)–Hamburg’s Highway Superintendent will keep his take-home vehicle for at least the next three weeks

A Supreme Court Justice extended a temporary restraining order today.

The Town of Hamburg had said highway supervisor Ted Casey violated town policy by driving his government-issued vehicle out of town and suspended his use of the car for 60 days.
