BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The recent rise in COVID cases is bringing about changes to the court system.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says it has received word that no new jury trials will begin in the county until further notice.
A new grand jury will not be impaneled until further notice, either. Erie County has two weeks left with its current grand jury.
