Buffalo firefighters are investigating a structure fire that broke out at 1421 Michigan Avenue late Monday morning.
The fire broke out around 11 a.m. Monday, causing the buiding to collapse. A total of $300,000 in damage is estimated for the building and its contents.
Officials say the building was occupied, but no one was in it at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Officials say $15,000 in damage was also done to a structure nearby on Glenwood Avenue.
