Hispanic Heritage Council hosts 7th annual community breakfast

Buffalo’s Hispanic Heritage Council hosted its seventh annual community breakfast Saturday morning at Buffalo State College.

The event was held to raise money for the planned Hispanic Cultural Institute which will include a 150-seat theater and a broadcast tv and radio lab. 

The council is hoping to break ground on the 10-million dollar project next year. 

During Saturdays ceremony News 4 received an award for our coverage of the Hispanic community, Including our Puerto Rico hurricane relief telethon.
