A historic tug boat has been brought back to Buffalo.
“The Buffalo” was built in 1922 and was used for work in the Erie Canal in the 1930s and 1940s.
Andrew Palmer and his brothers bought “The Buffalo” at auction back in January.
The boat needs some TLC before it can go back out on the water.
“It’s an old engine, a Cooper Bessimer 1931,” said owner Andrew Palmer.
The Palmer family hopes to take the tug boat back out around the harbor once it’s finished.
