(WIVB) - A Lackawanna man is facing DWI charges after he was involved in a one-car accident on I-90 on Tuesday morning.
State Police responded to the accident around 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say the driver, Donald Kill, 63, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license.
After being transported to state police barracks, Kill's blood alcohol content was found to be 13 percent.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, and vehicle and traffic violations.
Kill was arraigned and remanded to Erie County Jail.
