Local leaders announce start of next “Clean Sweep” season in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Local leaders, including Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, announced the start of a neighborhood improvement program called “Clean Sweeps” on Wednesday morning.
