A public forum on current scams targeting older adults in the community will be held in June, according to Niagara County’s Office for the Aging and Council on Elder Abuse.

The forum will be held on Friday, June 28 from 10 am to 12 pm at the Lockport Town Hall in observance of National Elder Abuse Awareness Month.

Niagara County District Attorney Caroline Wojtaszek and Senator Robert Ortt will be among the presenters.

Legal assistance resource tables for people 60 and older will also be available.
