NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — The shelter animals at the Niagara County SPCA had no need to beg for Thanksgiving table scraps on Thursday morning, as they enjoyed a holiday feast!
With food donated by Tops, shelter staff members prepared the meals for homeless dogs and cats.
