Niagara County reporting 10 new confirmed cases of COVID-19

NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB)–Monday, June 29

There is 10 new positive cases of COVID-19 to report in Niagara County since last Friday.

According to Niagara County health officials, there are now 1,242 total confirmed cases.

Currently, there are 40 active cases in the county with no hospitalizations.

Officials tell News 4 1,113 people have recovered and the death toll remains at 89.

To date, 31,785 people have been tested.

Niagara County health officials report a new COVID death. A 92-year-old man with underlying health conditions has died, raising the death toll to 89.

There are also 12 new confirmed positive cases of COVID bringing the county total to 1,232.

According to the county, 32 cases remain active, and 1,111 people have recovered.
