NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB)–A piece of art in the Cataract City hoping to spark change for racial equality in our community is now complete.
This is a new mural on Main Street, under the Railroad Bridge in Niagara Falls.
The artists started working on it last week.
It features three people holding up signs in front of the words “Black Lives Matter.”
