NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Democrats in the City of Niagara Falls gathered tonight for their 2019 endorsement meeting.
A spokesperson for Mayor Paul Dyster confirmed he issued a letter that was read on his behalf at tonight's city committee meeting announcing he will not seek re-election this November.
Dyster was elected in 2007 and has served three terms as the city's mayor.
