TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB)–Town of Tonawanda Police are investigating a crash involving a police officer.
It happened just after 6:30 p.m. Friday night near Delaware Avenue and Lowell Road. The officer was in a marked patrol car when the crash happened.
Both the officer and driver of the car were taken to the hospital and are expected to recover.
