HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) – The owners of a former car dealership in Hamburg are paying $110,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit.
The U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission announced the settlement with the owners of James Mitsubishi Hamburg on Monday.
The settlement states that the general manager made sexual advances and comments to two women who worked at the business.
The dealership is now closed.
