Pancho Billa enters hospice care in Texas

Ezra Castro, who goes under the moniker Pancho Billa, has confirmed to News 4 that he has entered hospice care. 

The Buffalo Bills superfan has been battling cancer for over a year. Castro is at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He is a native of Texas. 

Castro says he is on oxygen twenty four hours a day. He says is right lung is “pretty much shot.” Castro said that while he is not giving up on his fight, he’ll need a miracle.

“I’m going to need a Buffalo Bills vs. Houston Oilers comeback,” Billa told News 4 Thursday.
