The judge in the case has reserved decision and will give a written decision another day.

(WIVB) – Talks about the future of the Great Northern Grain Elevator will resume in court Monday.
Monday’s hearing will be a fact-finding hearing.
According to court documents, the discussion at the hearing will be about how the City of Buffalo reached a decision to grant an emergency demolition permit and if it had a rational basis to do so.
The temporary restraining order barring the demolition is still in place right now.
