A Tonawanda man has pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography.
Steven Brzezinski, 34, faces up to 20 years and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced in February.
According to the assistant U.S. attorney handling the case, while on probation for an unrelated offense, Brzezinski was found to be in possession of a tablet containing the pornography. An investigation revealed that he had received the pornography from a 15-year-old via Facebook messenger.
Brzezinski has a previous conviction for endangering the welfare of a child.
