Two more Kingsmen members have been sentenced in the Rico Conspiracy according to U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy.

Timothy Haley, Sr., 63, of Dunellon, FL was sentenced to three years supervised release to include eight months home detention.

Joseph Michael Long, 40, of Mayvale, TN was sentenced to 27 months in prison.

Officials say Long was with the Kingsmen at various times and admitted to falsely testifying before a federal Grand Jury on November 30, 2016, regarding his knowledge of the situation that lead to Kingsmen member Andre Jenkins murdering fellow members Paul Maue and Daniel Szymanski.

Long also admitted to making false statements to the FBI investigating the murders.
