Border Patrol agents from the Buffalo Station say they found more than a pound of marijuana inside a U.S. citizen’s luggage during a transportation and immigration check at a local bus station on Monday.
Officials say the use of a Border Patrol K-9 alerted them of the marijuana during inspections.
After initial processing, the subject and evidence were turned over to New York State Police.
They face felony charges of criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree.
