Families and advocates are continuing to celebrate after Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that the Children’s Psychiatric Center in West Seneca will stay where it is. 

Erie County Clerk Mickey Kearns, who was a huge supporter behind keeping the center in West Seneca, stopped by News 4 Wednesday to talk about the news.
