BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A downtown restaurant is serving up fish fries with a side of fun.
The Grotto, 60 Niagara St., added fish dinners to its menu last week.
The restaurant hasn’t been open very long. To make a splash on Friday, “Willy Wonka” brought meals to waiting cars, accompanied by an “Oompa Loompa”.
