(WIVB) - A Westfield woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.
Julie M. Chiarot, 29, was charged Oct. 25 with Leandra's Law DWI, refusing a breath test, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, having a child younger than four years old improperly restrained in the back seat, and driving across hazard lines.
According to Chautauqua County Sheriff's reports, deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Chiarot around 3 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Village of Brocton.
She was released for a later court appearance.
