“World’s Shortest Dyngus Day Parade” held in Lackawanna

Local News

It may be the world’s shortest- but plenty of people gathered in Lackawanna on Monday for the city’s annual Dyngus Day Parade.

The parade is only 97 steps.

It follows the noon mass at Our Lady of Victory Basilica and ends at City Hall.

This is the seventh year the parade has been held.
