BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man is facing charges charges of drinking and driving after an arrest on Sunday.
New York State Troopers pulled up behind Kevin R. Cole, a 28-year-old Buffalo man, after they spotted his disabled vehicle on the Thruway. Police say soon after they realized he was intoxicated. After a slew of tests, police say they realized he had a blood alcohol content of .15 percent — nearly twice over the legal limit.
Cole also allegedly had pot on his person. He was charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He’ll return to court at a later date.
