Boeing could suspend 747 Max production

(WIVB)– Boeing’s CEO says the company will consider temporarily suspending production of the 737 Max if it doesn’t get back in the air this fall.

The news comes after the plane manufacturer reported a second-quarter loss of close to $3 billion.

That’s the worst financial quarter in the company’s history.

The FAA grounded the Boeing 737 Max in march following two deadly crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia.
