Department of Transportation warns airlines to issue refunds for canceled flights

The Department of Transportation is reminding airlines they need to honor ticket refund requirements.

The agency says it received more than 25,000 complaints in the past two months, many concerning refunds.

In the meantime, the department is also allowing airlines to stop flying to some airports due to low demand.
