Around New York State

(WIVB)–Governor Cuomo says he wants New Yorkers to honor fallen veterans on Memorial Day but any observances will have to conform to social distancing rules.

Cuomo says the state will allow ceremonies of up to ten people, and ultimately local governments will have the say of if those are allowed.

Cuomo says he’s also encouraging vehicle parades for Memorial Day observances.
