Jamestown Police Chief Retiring

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB)–The Jamestown Police Chief is retiring next month.

Chief Harry Snellings announced Tuesday his last day will be July 10.He’s been with the department for 24 years.

Snellings became chief in 2013.

Jamestown’s mayor says he will be working to find qualified candidates to fill the position in the coming weeks.
