On Friday, Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster is expected to release his 2019 spending plan for the Cataract City.
Days ago, the Mayor said the city would need to make difficult decisions — reducing expenses and increasing revenues.
This, despite a promise from Gov. Andrew Cuomo to send $12.3 million to Niagara Falls.
Mayor Dyster’s budget address is set for 4 p.m. at City Hall.
