How much would you pay for an ice cream sundae?
A New York hotel is serving up one for $1,500. It’s called the “Bear Extraordinaire.”
The sundae is made out of vanilla ice cream on top of a black truffle crumble. It sits inside a hand-painted chocolate shell and is topped with a champagne sauce and covered with gold leaf and silver flakes.
Butterflies and edible flowers surround the sundae.
The pastry chef said it took about one month to come up with the creation.
