Round of 32: Tip-off set for UB Men & Women in the 2nd round of NCAA Tournament

For the second straight year both the Unviersity at Buffalo Men’s and Women’s basketball teams will be playing in the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament.

With their 91-74 win over #11 Arizona State in the First Round, Nate Oats and the No. 6 Bulls will square off against No. 3 Texas Tech at 6:10 on Sunday as they try to advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history.

Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack and her team will tip-off nearly an hour later in Storrs, Connecticut, with a 7 p.m. showdown against No. 2 UCONN in the Second Round.  With a win, the Bulls will advance to the Sweet 16 for the second straight year.

As a 10-seed UB knocked off No. 7 Rutgers 82-71 in the First Round on Friday.
