The recently-arrested assistant GM of the Ottawa Senators will be returning to Canada.
Randy Lee got his passport back at Buffalo City Court.

He faces a harassment charge in Buffalo after being accused of harassing a 19-year-old man on Thursday, May 31.

Erie County DA John Flynn says the alleged incident happened on a shuttle ride from 716 Food and Sport to the Westin Hotel Wednesday night.
The victim was driving the shuttle.
“[Lee] allegedly put his hands on [the victim’s] shoulders, allegedly made some lewd comments,” Flynn said. “The young man told him to stop and not to touch him, but [Lee] allegedly didn’t stop.”
Lee was in town for the NHL Scouting Combine.
He is expected to return to court on June 22.
